TERMS OF SERVICE
To create an advert on Escortguide.dk (hereafter "the web site"), you must be 18 years or older. Documentation of age must be provided on request.

CONTENT
All adverts must offer escort or massage services alone.

You are not allowed to use other people's e-mail, telephone number, address or in any way refer to other people.

You are not allowed to refer to other websites, except your own web sites/social media.

Content uploaded to the site must not be against Danish legislation.

MODERATION POLICY
Every advertisement on our website is carefully reviewed by our team whenever it is updated. We reverse image search pictures to see if they are used or taken from elsewhere to detect/prevent unlawful use.

We also monitor the text provided in the advertisement for general soundness and we do not allow promotion of illegal goods or services. Under no circumstances, in either text or picture, are content with child pornography, animal sex, sex with pregnant women, extreme violence, use of drugs or alcohol allowed on the web site.

COPYRIGHT AND TAKEDOWN POLICY
We respect the intellectual property of others and we reserve the right to remove from our site any material that we believe may violate the intellectual rights of any third party. You must have use or copyright to your content, and if other people appear in the content, you must be able to produce their written consent for publication on request by the support.

We are responsible for the digital content uploaded on our website. In the event of disputes, we will take action within 24 hours and take disputed content offline until we can make a final decision.

MONITORING
All changes to an advert are reviewed by our support team, to ensure compliance with our terms of service.

Adverts that are deemed to be against Danish Law, due to suspicion of pimping, illegal content or with reference to websites with illegal content, or instigation for illegal activity, racist messages, or other content that the site owner deems offensive, will be deleted without warning. In some cases the police will be notified based on the actual IP-address and other information that the web site has on the advertiser in question.

We reserve the right to suspend/block or delete adverts which we find frivolous or if in any way the information is not truthful, this if necessary in combination with one or more of the above rules.

RESPONSIBILITY
The web site is not responsible for any breakdowns, errors or technical complications which might occur on the website.

We reserve the right to change or update these regulations at any time, and you understand and accept to be covered by such changes or updates. Changes to your subscription, including prices and length of subscription are not subject to this.

Payment for an advert is made immediately after the creation of the advert. An advert is not visible on the website before a payment has been completed.

Payment can be made using VISA or Mastercard. Your bank account will show OEMA ApS.

After your purchase you will receive a receipt to the e-mail specified in your profile.

As your subscription can be used immediately after payment, the subscription is not covered by right of cancellation. With reference to The Danish Consumer Protection Act the right of cancellation featured in the law does not apply to online sale, if the service is taken in use at the time of purchase.
